I hope you enjoy this ensemble I put together for the end of summer. The shirt is a Calvin Klein top which I hand-painted with this mysterious eye motif. It's available to purchase in my shop. I hope to keep making a few hand-painted unique pieces in the weeks to come.
One of my big focuses has come to be sustainable, reused and upcycled fashion. I don't completely bar myself from buying new, but I've cut down a lot in the name of responsible shopping. Also, it's become a passion of mine to search the racks at thrift stores for treasures. Going to a store where everything is gorgeous and new is no longer interesting to me! I like a challenge! So, my shirt, pants, and shoes for this look were all thrifted.
I like adding in pieces of my travels to my wardrobe. That way, they are also memories and not just off-the-rack purchases. This bag I bought in Amman, Jordan. It fits a surprising amount of stuff inside!
I assembled these sunglasses with a cut-apart necklace and a bit of glue. They make an instant statement.
I wanted to revive my fashion blog but make it be about what I realistically wear for various art events whether working on art or going to shows! 🌟🖤
I like to mix expensive and cheap items as well as lots of 2nd hand items since I’m a thrift queen 👑
This outfit was for an art show VIP preview night. It wasn’t that formal of an event, so I opted for this simple jumpsuit!
My amazing Tom Ford sunglasses were a steal of a deal on Poshmark!
Lace heels were thrifted at Goodwill and upcycled with shoe jewels from Call It Spring.
The clutch was thrifted in my hometown of Tokyo and I put a random chain on it to give a Chloé vibe 🖤🤩 What do you think?
